Our sorbets are made only with natural thickeners, of carob bean gum, guar and sugar raw cane fibers and mineral water with fresh local fruit and organic where possible, we do not use fruit of large retailers but fruit obtained from small businesses local or even from our land: figs, pears, prickly pears or educated freely in nature as wild blackberries of the Umbrian forest. You will not find flavors such as mango-papaya-banana-coconut etc etc but just only fruit of our land.
