The excellent traditional milk, has been integrated in many farms with certification of "High Quality", which qualifies the possession of higher nutritional value than regular milk. In "BioFresco" High Quality "embraces" Organic Agriculture: in fact two farms (Spinete, in the province of Campobasso and Putignano in the province of Bari), are certified as either "High Quality" companies of "Organic Farming" : making the agricultural management and the breeding of livestock with organic disciplinary rules.
