We have tried to capture all the scents of this magical place to insert them in an ice cream based on oak musk, bark and porcini mushroom scent🪵 Teaspoon after teaspoon you will feel like you are walking in the green lung of the Gargano, it will be like taking a picnic in the Umbra Forest while remaining in the streets of the village of Peschici.
